USA ULTIMATE ROSTERING
Easterns and the Invitational are USA Ultimate sanctioned, meaning every player must have a waiver on file and either join USAU or pay a $10 one-time event fee. Additionally, captains will be required to login to the USAU site and create a roster for their team.

USA ULTIMATE PLAYERS SIGNUP Detailed instructions and links are below:
--------------------------------------------
GETTING YOUR PLAYERS CURRENT:
Players have (4) options for getting their membership status and waivers in order.
1) They are current USAU members, but have not signed a waiver. Players should login to their member account and submit a waiver online. https://members.usaultimate.org/members/login.php.
2) They are not current UPA members and want to register on-line. They should go here: https://members.usaultimate.org/members/login.php.
3) They are not current UPA members and wish to join the UPA by mail and submit their waiver by mail. They should use: http://www.usaultimate.org/assets/1/Page/2011MemberWaiverFormv4.pdf
4) They wish to pay the One-Time Event fee and submit their waiver by mail. They should use this form: http://www.usaultimate.org/assets/1/Page/EventFee&WaiverForm_2011.pdf
Do not send registration materials to USAU with less than a week before the event; instead your players must submit the form and payment to tournament HQ before the start of play Saturday.
[NOTE: Players may create a free online USAU account with only an email address, and get a UPA ID even without paying for annual membership. However there is no online payment option for the one-time fee yet, it must still be mailed or handed in at event.] https://www.upa.org/members/create_account.php
SUBMITTING YOUR ROSTERS:
A roster can be submitted anytime and captains may still add or remove players (simply resubmit after making changes). We receive a roster report 24 hours before the start of the event; therefore USAU recommends that you submit your rosters 3 days in advance of the event to ensure that all your materials are up to date for the roster report. This will allow time for both you and USAU to update any information that might need to be completed before the roster report in generated.
Any information that does not make it onto the roster report (this might be due to the lag time in processing memberships, waivers in the mail, late adds to the roster, etc) will need to be dealt with at registration. So, for example, if you add a player just before the event, but that player does not make it onto the roster report, that player will either need to a) pay their UPA membership fee, or b) provide proof that they are a USAU member (UUSAU Card and/or receipt). If that player is a USAU member, but is not able to provide proof, they will need to pay the UPA membership fee and then be reimbursed by USAU. Please do not give the registration folks a hard time about this on Saturday. The path of least resistance is to get the materials into the USAU as early as possible.
REGISTERING AT THE EVENT:
Please be prepared to reconcile all outstanding UPA membership dues at the time of the registration. Note that we will accept checks made out to the "USA Ultimate" ONLY. NO CASH PLEASE.
